Join us for a night of celebration, prohibition style. Visit your favorite local wineries and enjoy a food and wine pairing at each stop. Walk your way through the Scottsdale wine trail. Happening Thursday, December 5th, there are three time slots from 5:00 pm, 5:45 pm, and 6:30 pm.
Stop 1: Wine Collective of Scottsdale – Black Truffled Mushroom or Al Pastor Street Taco with Crema & House-Made Salsa paired with Shubert Rose or Vino Stache Garnacha.
Stop 2: Carlson Creek – Dolmas with vineyard grape leaves paired with Malvasia Bianca.
Stop 3: Los Milics – Whipped Goat Cheese with Candied Dates & Bacon on a Crostini with a choice of red or white – Jules or Renato red blend.
Stop 4: Arizona Stronghold – Choice of Margherita or Pepperoni Green Pepper Pizza paired with 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Stop 5: LDV Winery – Italian Meatballs (Vegetarian Option Available) with Garlic Toast & Aged Parmesan Cheese paired with 2017 Rhyolite Petite Sirah.
